Content: Hello,I just recently opened this product that was given to me this past christmas to take on my trip to Florida to charge a GoPro. I noticed that it will not solar charge which was one of the main reasons I wanted this power bank. Once returning back home (Texas) I left it outside in the sun for 4 days and still only has 1 bar of power reserve. It will accept usb charging but just not the solar. The device is not damaged and has not been in water. Can you help me?
